本週由新一代好攝之女郭碧玉(小碧)老師為大家介紹，去年2024年協會希阿之旅中，
阿爾巴尼亞的Ganci老師介紹的兩首:馬特女子舞(Valle Vajzash Matjane)、托斯克之舞(Valle Toskërishte)。

很重要，所以要講三次~~~
當然貼心的小碧姊姊，為了廣大的舞友可能沒有絲巾，特別從各社團商借了一些絲巾，所以如果真的沒有絲巾，也歡迎來奧羅學舞，不要怕喔!!


先介紹第一首:馬特女子舞(Valle Vajzash Matjane)
這首舞是阿爾巴尼亞北部的馬特(Mat)這個小鎮的女子舞，舞曲原名翻譯就是Dance of girls from Mat。
老師有說，這首舞蹈的風格就是要比較高傲的風格，所以跳這首舞蹈的時候，切記不要看著小碧老師的腳喔~~~

第二首要介紹舞蹈是托斯克之舞(Valle Toskërishte)
這首舞倒是阿爾巴尼亞南部，托斯克地區(Tosk region)的舞蹈。老師有說，這首舞蹈要大步，有活力。
